Major Updates to TrackoField in June 2025
Update 1- Auto Generate Overtime Benefit Requests
Now you can automate overtime benefit request generation for your employees on weekly off/public holidays.
Here’s how to enable this function:
- Go to “Company Profile.”
- Navigate to “Other” settings.
- Tick the “Auto-Generate Overtime Benefit Requests” option.
You can either choose to offer salary or comp off as overtime benefits.
The parameters for both remain the same – completion of 25%, 50% or 100% of the shift hours.
Depending on the criteria, you can set the benefits in terms of days. So, your employee will either get fixed number of comp offs or salary worth those days.
✅ This way, you save time on manual approvals and ensure fairness in overtime payouts.

Update 2 – Employee 360 Degree Report
We have introduced Employee 360 Report in TrackoField. It consolidates all the reports’ data and presents them in one single report.
Thus, you no longer have to juggle between multiple reports and can get a holistic view of field employees’ performance, efficiency, and engagement in one place.
How Employee 360 Degree Report Benefits All Your Stakeholders:
1. Unified View of Field Operations
No more navigating multiple modules. Employee 360 report combines multiple data points (location history, task completion, attendance, order capture, visit outcomes) into a single, comprehensive report.

Employee 360 report lets Head Office teams track state-wise, territory-wise, or department-wise performance from a single report.
This makes MIS preparation, strategy reviews, and manpower decisions faster and more accurate.
3. HR & Compliance Simplified
Your HR department’s job just got a bit easier, thanks to employee 360 report. It lets HR managers:
- Auto-generate summaries for attendance, productivity, and field hours.

- Reduce dependency on multiple teams or manual inputs.
4. Get Time & Task Efficiency Insights
Track and easily compare employee time spending metrics like:
- Actual working hours & idle time

Update 4 – Role Based Promotion [FE to Manager]
We have enabled role-based promotion so you can easily promote Field Executives to Managers. Here’s a few things to keep in mind:
- All pending requests of the promoted executive will be cancelled.
- Managers can only promote executives to designations below them in the hierarchy.
Update 5- Now Create Single Entry & Multi Entry Custom Forms
Dear managers, you can now create Single Entry & Multi Entry custom Forms in the TrackoField’s web app.

Single and Multi-Entry Forms in TrackoField Executive App
What ‘s Single Entry Custom Forms?
A single-entry form is filled once per task or visit and is considered final unless reset by an admin. You can now create it and use it when data is needed only once with no repeats or edits expected.
✅ Ideal for: Installations, final approvals, site surveys.
What’s Multiple Entry Custom Forms?
A multiple-entry custom form can be submitted multiple times for the same task or user. You can use it for recurring tasks or when capturing data over time or in batches.
✅ Ideal for: Daily logs, repeated site visits, or even fuel refill logs.
The Perks?
- Entries submitted via Multi-Entry Forms are automatically included in the Task Report, making it easier to analyze submitted data.
We’ve added info icon for Single and Multi-Entry Forms on both form creation and edit screens.
It briefly explains when, where and how to use each form type.
Here’s how the new Form Creation Menu looks like in the TF desktop app for:
1) Single-Entry Form

2) Multi-Entry Form

Multi-entry forms, as the name suggests, lets field reps collect data of multiple users within a single form. This way, they won’t have to create new tasks if they want to use a fresh form.

You can calculate earnings and deductions based on percentage of an already defined payroll component.
Using this feature, you can:
- Define percentage-based rules for each salary head.
- Set allowances (like HRA, Daily Allowance) based on Basic Pay.
What’s New in Reports

- ‘Schedule Report’ module has been merged into the main Report section and removed from the left panel for convenience.
- Task Location Cluster Map display is enabled in downloaded Activity Reports based on location type and date range.
- You can also now view new reports under the Distance category to calculate distance ‘within a task, ‘between’ tasks and ‘from task end to task end location’.
