2 Major Updates in September 2024
Update 1 – Enhanced Security During Email Verification
Update: Users will only receive an email once their email address has been verified. This strengthens security and ensures communication reaches verified users only.
Benefit: This will enhance security and ensure proper communication. All TrackoField are now required to verify their email addresses before receiving system notifications or updates.
Update 2 – Better Visibility of “Actionable Task Data” & “Historical Data”
Update: “Task” and “Task Reports” have been segregated to distinguish between real-time data and historical data. So there is clarity on active tasks and historical data.
Task Module for Ongoing Tasks
Task Reports for Completed Tasks
Benefits: The Task module will show active, ongoing tasks that require action or attention. While the Task Reports will display historical data of completed tasks. This helps gain better clarity and decision-making.
Some More Updates:
- We have added functionality to allow managers to upload customer lists for specific employees only.
- Customer name display is enhanced on the web to even handle long names. Just by hovering the full name is displayable.
- Added “Select All” and “Deselect All” options to tree selectors, improving user experience when managing multiple teams.
