We’re thrilled to announce the November 2024 updates in TrackoField’s Field Force Management Software! Our latest enhancements include advanced custom forms, streamlined approval workflows, and intuitive UI improvements—all designed to elevate field operations and empower teams.
Major Updates in November 2024
Update 1 – Improved International Compatibility
Added a new field “country code” before phone numbers in the Field Executive, Manager, HR, and Customer modules.
Benefit – This enhancement ensures that WhatsApp integration works seamlessly across different countries for improved user experience.
Update 2 – Custom Hierarchy Approval Option
Added flexibility in the approval process by introducing a custom hierarchy approval option for Order, Leave, Override Request, and Expense-Conveyance approvals.
Benefit – Managers can now assign specific approvers, such as Root Manager, allowing for a more tailored and efficient approval flow.
Update 3 – A New Leave Balance Report
The new leave balance report lets managers track the leave balances of field executives and line managers with team-wise filtering options.
Benefit – This report improves workforce management by providing real-time visibility into leave balances.
Update 4 – Modifications in the Proforma Invoice
Proforma invoices include an additional customizable field enabling organizations to tailor invoices to their unique requirements.
Update 5 – Enhanced Visibility of Unreachable Users
On history maps, the paths of unreachable users are now visible in a different colour.
Benefit – This will enable managers to quickly identify and address connectivity issues.
Update 6 – Latest “Clone” Option
The clone option has been introduced in the custom forms module, allowing managers to duplicate existing form fields.
Update 7- Enhancement with Downloadable Data
Managers can now download complete customer data, filtered by selected criteria, in Excel format. A “Requested Download” page has been added under the Reports section to manage downloads.
Also, enhanced user interface with a consolidated “Download” button offering current page and complete data download options.

- Admins will receive alerts if executives attempt to tamper with GPS settings, ensuring greater data integrity and accountability.
- Introduced a “file upload”, “barcode”, and “signature” field type in custom forms.
- Managers can now download task reports with form data included in a separate sheet labelled “Form – Feedback form.”
- Task report downloads now include additional columns, providing comprehensive task details such as site type, team, and customer address.
- Notifications in Spanish have been refined to enhance localization and readability for Spanish-speaking users.
- The Task Completion Form now includes additional customizable fields for improved alignment with organization-specific needs.
- Salary slips now include a note specifying the currency used by the organization.
- Users can now easily apply for past leaves, as well as apply for or cancel future leaves, whether they are pending or approved. You can also cancel any pending overtime requests.
- Admins can now edit the date and time of non-allocated tasks directly in the edit modal, eliminating the need to reschedule tasks. This applies to tasks created on the current day or for future dates.
💡For Customer Deactivation Scenarios
Customer deactivation scenarios for task modules have been enhanced. Field executives will now encounter validation messages if they attempt to start, reschedule, or update tasks associated with deactivated customers, ensuring task workflow integrity.
