TrackoField’s May 2026 release takes field operations up a notch with enterprise-ready scalability and stronger operational intelligence. This month’s updates focus on territory management, task execution, visibility approvals, and mobile usability. These enable teams to work faster and managers to act with greater confidence.

The May 2026 release is focused on simplifying that complexity with our field force automation software. To empower managers with better control, faster workflows, and deeper insights, we rolled out enhancements across Web, Android, and iOS platforms.

Web Updates to TrackoField in May 2026
Territory Management Enhancements
Territory name and up to 10 territory level columns are allowed for geographical segmentation. This is also added to expense approval lists and the search APIs.
- Employee bulk upload now supports Territory Assignment.
- Territory mapping support added during Employee creation.
- Territory ID support in expense request and claim modules.
- Territory filter hidden from quick filters in Employee, Tasks, Customers, and Sales Order modules.

Geofence & POI Enhancements
- Ability to create up to 5 geofences in a single flow.
- Geofence add/edit screens updated to hide unwanted filters and search consoles.
- Geofence listing filters are restored when returning to the listing page.
- Customer bulk upload geofence addresses now display correctly in Customer and Geofence modules.
- Geofence replaced with POI in Member and Centre modules.
- Centre Management POI implementation completed.
- Geofence map counts now respect applied employee and date filters.
Task Management Enhancements
The Task clone permission now depends on creating task permission. The Task Start Status and Task Completion Status columns are also added in Task listing and Excel exports.

- Member-based Task support added to Task Bulk Upload.
- Member Code and Required Amount columns added in bulk upload sheets.
- Assignee and Member dependency logic added in Member-based task creation.
- Member-based task assignments are restricted to mapped employees only.
- Member-based task bulk upload validations and restrictions added.
- Required Amount and Collected Amount columns added in Centre Management Task UI and Excel.
- Assigned To column added in Centre reference sheet during Centre Task bulk upload.
- Existing Centre Task bulk upload flow retained without changes.
- Quick Filters added for Task Start Status and Task Completion Status.
- Task bulk upload enhanced with Task Priority support.
- Task Type support added to Centre-Based Task Bulk Upload.
- Managers can now create member-based tasks across hierarchy levels.
- Select All option added to the Task Manager filter.
- Rule and validation improvements implemented across task workflows.
- Custom field mapping support added in Task Add Pull API for GNG client.
Center, Group, & Member Management
Centre Management dashboard cards are enhanced with improved task and priority visibility. The Assigned To column is added to Group and Member grids and exports. The Assigned To quick filter is now added to Centre, Group, and Member modules.

Expense Management & Approvals
Expense Approvals pages are now split into Claim Date Wise and Expense Date Wise sections. Expense Search APIs are also updates wot work only within filtered datasets.

- Mileage slab dependency configuration and validation for expense categories.
- Rule and validation improvements implemented across expense workflows.
Further, the Per Diem expense category is updated with Daily Allowance rules and Duplicate Claim Prevention. Expense policy is also enhanced with policy-level pre-approver configuration and pre-approval indicators.
Please Note: For existing clients using weekly/monthly Per Diem configurations, support teams will deactivate old categories and create new General categories with similar rules.
Employee Management
FE Deactivation flow is improved with mandatory employee selection validation. Additionally, employee module column selection is now limited to 50 columns.
Attendance & Travel Enhancements
Attendance Summary APIs are optimized for improved performance, while FO Settings now offer configurable Travel Preferences for greater flexibility. The Public Transport option has been enhanced to support mandatory image upload configurations, ensuring better compliance and verification.
Additionally, a Default Weekly Off is now automatically created for all new companies during setup. Punch In/Out report descriptions are updated in the Team Overview screen with leave indicators and location details.
Reporting & Dashboard Enhancements
- Standard employee fields added to scheduled reports and report exports.
- Dashboard Excel export enhanced with Designation column.
- Backend Excel reports now support company profile date/time formats across modules.
- Rule and validation improvements implemented across reporting workflows.
Approvals & Forms
My Approvals module enhanced with pagination, search improvements, and approve/reject button UI updates. Other worthy updates are:
- Introduced mandatory Sales Order Form configuration.
- Sales Order mandatory form validation added in save and update APIs.
- Activity Report removed from Roles & Permissions.
- Custom field and form delete icon updated.
Scalability and Performance
Updates Scalability enhancements are implemented across task, center, group, members, and center-based task modules.

- Dynamic search-based loading introduced for filters and dropdowns.
- Optimized 3-character search implementation across modules.
- Redesigned Select Manager filter with dynamic hierarchy expansion.
- Independent Select Employee filter with optimized search behavior.
- Optimized Select Assignee dropdown in Add Task.
Quick Filter optimization is now allowed for:
- Created By
- Centre Name
- Group Name
Apart from that, Select All / Deselect All buttons from optimized filters are removed. Exact search matching implemented for employee and dropdown searches. Optimized Centre-Based Task dropdowns:

- Improved Centre module filter and assignee selection performance.
- Improved Group module filter scalability.

- Reduced browser memory usage and UI lag on large datasets.

Apart from these, other miscellaneous enhancements include OTP text case in Company Profile, Team Overview updates, and rule validation improvements across hierarchy management workflows.
Android Updates to TrackoField in May 2026
Task & Member Management
Member-based task management on Android is now enhanced with support for task visibility and execution. Task editing is restricted along with member site type creation. The update also introduces support for multiple member locations in task details and redirection flows, ensuring better location visibility. Additional updates:
- Quick filter support for Member site type in Tasks.
- Task visibility based on Centre Management authority.
- Member task assignment restricted based on mapped centers.
- Geo-verified task functionality support for Member site type.
- Task Type mobile API has been introduced.
- Task List and Task Report both remain available on mobile.
