TrackoMile’s June 2026 release fixes all three. It brings Facial Recognition Attendance, a full Roles & Permissions setup, and Bulk Rider Upload & Management.
As companies add more riders across regions, manual onboarding and loose access checks break down. This release adds real structure to TrackoMile. Admins can now manage access, verify identity, and onboard riders in bulk. No extra admin work needed.

Web Updates to TrackoMile in June 2026
Facial Recognition Attendance
Attendance verification moves from manual to biometric. Riders can register their face and mark attendance through facial recognition, with managers viewing each rider’s registration and approval status directly in the Rider List. A dedicated Face Recognition toggle under F.O. Settings allows organizations to enable or disable the feature based on their own requirements, and a new Unrecognized Facial Mark-In Report flags attendance attempts where a rider’s face could not be matched.

Roles & Permissions
Access control now spans TrackoMile end to end. A comprehensive Roles & Permissions framework governs Orders & Trip Allocation, Managers, Riders, Vehicles, Vendors, F.O. Settings, Rider Teams, Customers, Geofences, Reports & Scheduled Reports, Hubs, Service Areas, Shift & Leave Management, Organization Settings, TM Settings, Load Parameters, and Expense Reports. Newly created companies now receive a Default Role & Permission configuration automatically, removing the need for manual setup at onboarding.
Rider Bulk Upload & Management
Onboarding riders at scale no longer means adding them one at a time. Bulk Upload via Excel Template allows teams to create multiple riders in a single upload, with Bulk Update available for mass changes to existing rider records. Every rider, new or existing, is now assigned a Unique Rider ID, and the Rider List displays Start Location, End Location, and Service Area directly.
Schedule Reports & Reporting Enhancements
Reporting no longer depends on someone remembering to generate it. Scheduled Reports are introduced for Order Report, Missed Order Report, Punch In/Out, and Order Fulfillment Report, delivered automatically at predefined intervals. The Activity Timeline Report Excel export is also enhanced, now displaying Rider Names alongside an improved export UI.
Web Enhancements
Additional updates in this release include:
- The Expense Report module is introduced, providing visibility into rider expenses and operational costs, with corresponding permissions added under Roles & Permissions.

- A dedicated Notification Settings tab is added under Company Profile, centralizing configuration and management of system notifications.
Android/iOS Updates to TrackoMile in June 2026
- Customer, Order, and Route Planning permissions are now enforced based on manager role and access.
- Facial Recognition-based Attendance is introduced on mobile, allowing riders to register their face and mark attendance securely from the app.

- Fail Order functionality is introduced on the Order Start page for iOS, allowing riders to mark an order as failed directly from the start screen. Android support follows in the next release.

- Facial Recognition Attendance requires the Face Recognition toggle to be enabled under F.O. Settings before riders can register.
- Default Role & Permission configuration applies to newly created companies only; existing companies retain their current permission structure unless updated manually.
- Fail Order functionality on Android is planned for the next release cycle.
Looking Forward
Governance tends to get bolted on after growth becomes painful. June’s release builds it in ahead of that point, facial recognition closes the identity gap, structured roles replace ad hoc access, and bulk onboarding removes the friction that usually forces teams to choose between speed and control.
