TrackoBit’s Major Updates in January 2025
Update 1 – Now Get More Precise Trip Reports
TrackoBit now offers super-precise, personalised, admin-level trip reports. Want to check the performance of subgrouped transporters or operators under you? Want granular level data of their fleet operations?
Get cutomised reports spot on, comprising:
- Client/transporter name
- Total no. of vehicles (with total active/inactive vehicles)
- Total trips/running trips
- Total material loaded
- Tonnes hauled per trip
- And more….

Super Precise Performance Reports With TrackoBit
Update 2 – Get Multiple Panic Button Notifications
Now you can set multiple panic button time thresholds with TrackoBit. Get multiple panic alerts generated from devices after a specific threshold value. Even if your previous panic alert is not resolved yet, you will still get a second panic alert.
💡Note – You can set a time threshold value for each vehicle after configuring it through TrackoBit’s TB Track app.

Update 3 – Search Trip Data Via “Branch” Field Input
Now you can easily search for trip entries via the “Branch” field data. Get more precise data as per sectors, zones, or transporters you have defined your “Branch” field as.
Update 4 – Enhanced Travel, Status, Idle & Stoppage Reports
We have enhanced our Travel summary, Status report, idle summary, and stoppage summary report so you get more precise datasets. You can experience now more optimised report calculation.
For instance – Now you can calculate the exact idling time of your vehicles in the stoppage duration.
Update 5 – Share Trips with QR Codes & Custom Duration
Now enjoy the “Custom Duration” field in the tracking link. Add any cutomised minutes up to which you want the tracking link to be active on selective vehicles.
Moreover, we now even have a smart QR code option to share tracking links with your stakeholders.
Benefit – Now save time and effort in sharing precise and protected tracking links with your stakeholders.

Update 6 – Set “Custom Threshold” for Maintenance Reminders
Current maintenance reminder conditions don’t match your preferences? Don’t worry, now you can add custom conditions or thresholds, depending on the vehicle type or condition you want to prioritise for vehicle health.
