TrackoField’s June 2026 release brings a fundamental shift to leave management, moving away from fixed, one-size-fits-all rules toward a fully configurable, probation-based system. As teams scale, a single joining-date rule stops reflecting how people actually join, and probation periods start needing rules of their own.
The June 2026 release addresses this directly with our field force automation software. To empower managers with better control, faster workflows, and deeper insights, we rolled out enhancements across Web, Android, and iOS platforms.

Web Updates to TrackoField in June 2026
Leave & Probation Management Enhancements
Leave allocation for mid-month joiners no longer follows a single fixed rule. Employees joining between the 1st and 10th of a month can now be granted leave on a pro-rata basis, with the exact count and availability window configured per leave type.
- Employee leave balances can now be updated directly via the Bulk Actions module, instead of relying on backend changes.
- Bulk Leave Balance Adjustment follows a 3-step process: Upload File, Map Columns, and Review & Import.
- A downloadable template is pre-filled with Employee Username, Employee Name, and all configured Leave Types.
- Data validation is applied before import to reduce errors.
- Access is role-based, limited to Root Managers and Managers.
- A new Probation Policy tab is added within Leave Profile settings.
- Leave types can now be configured to accrue monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or annually.
- Flexible Carry Forward configuration is added, with support for All Leaves or Set Limit options.
- Comp-Off expiry configuration is moved directly into the default Comp-Off leave type.
Further, leave balances now follow a consistent format: Granted, Available, Consumed, and Upcoming, where Granted = Available + Consumed + Upcoming.
Please Note: For existing clients with custom Comp-Off expiry rules configured separately, support teams will migrate these settings into the default Comp-Off leave type to ensure continuity.

Employee Management
The Employee module now tracks probation status directly. A new End of Probation field is added across employee creation, edit, listing, bulk upload, and exports, while the Employee module’s Data table UI is redesigned for improved readability.

Center Management
Centre transfer is now supported while changing a Field Executive’s manager, and during Field Executive deactivation, with automatic reassignment. Centre Name, Group Name, and Centre Address are now visible in the Distance Travelled Within Task Report, based on Centre Management authority.

Geofence & Permission Enhancements
- Role & Permission Control for Geofence Access is added for Field Executives, with View, Create, and Full Access options.
- Create permission automatically enables View permission.
- Geofence access can now be controlled during Customer, Centre, and Member creation.
- A Roles & Permissions column resizing issue is fixed for dropdown-based permissions.

Task Management Enhancements
Task rescheduling now offers managers greater flexibility, with delay tracking configurable at the company level.
- Display Task Delay setting is added under Company Profile → Others → Task.
- Calculate On options are added: Task Start and Task End.
- Reschedule Task permission dropdown is added, with Before Task Start, After Task Start, and Both options.
- A Manager-specific reschedule information tooltip is added.
Android Updates to TrackoField in June 2026
Task & Member Management
Task management on Android is enhanced with a redesigned interface built for clarity and faster execution. The update introduces structured task details, dynamic site type fields, and expanded Task Type support across listings, filters, and detail views.
- Task UI screen is redesigned with map view and structured task information.
- Forms, Custom Information, and Attachments sections are added.
- Task creation flow is updated with a Task Title field and dynamic site type fields.
- Manager task listing, task details, and task assignment are enhanced.
- Map-based location selection is added for Location type tasks.
- Task Type selection is added during task creation, with Task Type display on task cards and details, and Task Type support in Quick Filters.

A redesigned Customer Create/Edit UI is introduced, along with role-based permission allowing Managers to create and edit geofences while creating customers.
Expense Enhancements
Support for the expense pre-approval flow is added using the isPreApprovalRequired flag, and Spanish language support is introduced for the Expense Module.
Platform & UI Enhancements
A new animated Splash Screen with backend preloading support is implemented, and a new Custom Fields UI is rolled out across supported modules. Centre Name now displays on Team Overview cards for Centre-based tasks.
iOS Updates to TrackoField in June 2026
Team & Manager Experience
Selected status highlighting is enhanced in Manager Team Overview, alongside Manager Task UI enhancements that improve assignee visibility and task actions.
Geofence & Customer Management
- Existing geofence selection and Create New Geofence functionality are added during customer creation.
- Role-based permission allows Managers to create and edit geofences while creating customers.
- Geofence creation permission control is added for Centre and Member creation.
- A redesigned Customer Create/Edit UI is introduced, along with updated Task UI integration.
Reporting Enhancements
Centre Name, Group Name, and Centre Address fields are added in the Distance Travelled Within Task report, alongside real-time Centre distance display on Centre-based task cards.
Expense Enhancements
Support for the expense pre-approval flow is added using the isPreApprovalRequired flag.
Platform & UI
New Custom Field UI is implemented across supported modules, alongside a new animated Splash Screen with backend preloading and offline handling improvements. Regularize Request module terminology is also updated for improved readability.
