Key Highlight of TrackoField in April 2026
Center Management (New)
Centre Management module designed to bring structure and visibility to distributed microfinance field operations. It connects locations, groups, and customers into a unified system. This enables streamlined task execution, accurate tracking, and better coordination between field teams and managers.
Hierarchical structure: Centre → Group → Members.

Attendance and Notifications
Flexible shift notification scheduler with automated reminders. Push notifications are sent at 6AM, 12PM, 6PM, and 11:59 PM). This reduces missed entries and improves compliance.
Data Integrity and Configuration
Duplicate custom field validation across modules (case-sensitive).
- ‘Discard’ action replaced with ‘Reset’ in expense rule configurations. This helps clear all configured rules and re-start with closing the screen.
- Automatic reset of field dependencies in Employee Module. This prevents incorrect or outdated configurations.
Territory and Workforce Management
- Improved management changes to prevent ownership conflicts.
- Automatic task reassignment (Pending & In-Progress) during employee deactivation. This way, no task is lost which maintains continuity.
Localization and Accessibility
Arabic language support across data, UI, reports, and notifications. This improves usability and accessibility for Arabic-speaking TrackoField users.

- Configurable grace period for license expiry with reminders. This will ensure smoother renewal and reduced service disruption.

- Additional company related fields in exployee listing and exports.
System Optimization
Scan Code features are removed from tasks, reports, and dashboards. This helps simplify the system and focus on relevant attachments.
Updates to Android (2.56) and iOS Version (1.7.7)
- Arabic language supports the application.
