Every completed delivery carries information that most platforms simply discard, how the customer felt about it, how the rider performed against their peers, and what it actually cost to execute. TrackoMile’s March 2026 release captures all three, introducing Customer Feedback, a Rider Performance Dashboard, and a fully configurable Expense Module.
Last-mile operations are judged on more than delivery completion. Organizations need a structured way to measure service quality, rider efficiency, and operational cost, without stitching together three separate systems to do it. The March release brings all three into TrackoMile directly, giving managers one connected view of performance across the board.
Let’s explore everything that’s new.
Web Updates to TrackoMile in March 2026
Customer Feedback
Delivery quality is no longer measured by completion rate alone. TrackoMile now captures customer feedback directly within the platform, giving organizations a structured, ongoing signal on rider performance and service experience, rather than relying on complaints as the only indicator something went wrong.

Capture feedback after every delivery.
Rider Performance Dashboard
Rider performance data previously lived across disconnected reports. The new Rider Performance Dashboard consolidates rider efficiency, performance metrics, and operational insights into a single view, giving managers one place to track and analyze rider output.

Track rider performance in one view.
Expense Module
Expense tracking has moved from an afterthought to a configurable system. Managers can now define expense categories and policies directly on the platform, bringing structure and control to how organisational expense rules are set and enforced.

Get a complete view of expenses.

Review pending expense claims.

Track approved and rejected claims.

Submit expense claims from mobile.
Web Enhancements
This release also introduces the following:
- Order tracking flow, status configuration, and customer notifications are enhanced across SMS, WhatsApp, and Email.
- Halt duration radius is now configurable from the web, improving tracking and management of rider halt activity.
- Order reports now support shift-based filtering and comparison, supporting more precise operational analysis.
- The Planned vs Actual module gains improved data visibility, with fixes to reference handling.
Android/iOS Updates to TrackoMile in March 2026
Riders can now create, save, and submit expense claims directly from the mobile app, closing the loop between the policies managers configure and the claims riders actually submit, and track approval status without needing to raise a separate request.
Important Notes
Expense categories and policies must be configured by managers on the web platform before riders can submit claims against them from mobile.
Customer Feedback and Rider Performance Dashboard data populate progressively as deliveries are completed; historical data is not backfilled.
Looking Forward
The March release is a statement about what actually gets measured. Customer sentiment, rider performance, and operational cost have moved from scattered signals to structured, ongoing visibility, and each new delivery now adds to that picture rather than disappearing into it.
At TrackoMile, we don’t just track deliveries. We track what they say about the business running them.
